Fiona Blanco, M.D. Dr. Fiona P. Blanco is a Board Certified Dermatologist and Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She graduated cum laude from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia and as a member of the AOA Medical Honor Society. Dr. Blanco completed her residency in Dermatology at New York Presbyterian/Columbia University, where she is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Dermatology.
