Participation means our office submits your claim electronically and the insurance company pays us directly — you're responsible only for your co-payment or deductible at the time of your visit.
We see all patients on a fee-for-service basis. Most (except limited HMO plans) have out-of-plan options — we hand you a completed insurance form to submit to your carrier for partial reimbursement, paid directly to you.
Cosmetic procedures are not reimbursed by insurance. Pricing is discussed openly at your consultation — no surprises, ever.
